As the storm is abating, we will open again regular hours Friday Feb 3rd. We will be at the store tonight to start cooking pho for tomorrow. We cook our phos for over 17 hours of simmer to make sure our quality meets the expectations of our customers. Final note we do not use msg in our phos.

We are looking for chefs who have worked for Panda Express. We can train you for our restaurant. The work is not quite as physically intensive, but more skilled intensive, then Panda Express and the pay is comparable.

Must be skilled in operation of Wok and deep fry. Must be able to roll eggrolls.
