Tonight’s is going to be a special one. 💥 We’re collaborating with award winner, . Chef Tony Messina and our team whipped up a delicious bowl of noods featuring tonkatsu broth, chasu, ajitsuke egg, garlic tare, scallions. To pair with your bowl of ramen, Chef Messina will be featuring a Crispy Pork Belly Bao. Chef Messina was awarded Best Chef in the Northeast, praised for his modern and wordly approach to Japanese cuisine at . We couldn’t be more excited. Doors open at 5pm, we'll see y'all tonight.

Who's ready for these noods? 🔥🍜 We teamed up with Chef Hung Huyn for today's last installment of and we're bringing in the heat! Tonight's ramen features pho broth, Chinese five-spice short rib, beef chili XO, egg, enoki Mushroom, cilantro, washed white onion. We have a special bowl for our vegetarian friends with pho broth, Chinese 5 spice king trumpet mushroom, mushroom chili xo, and more. Our ramen is paired with a refreshing cocktail, Greyhound Shandy. Uchiba x Loro Collaboration Dinner 💥 Ahead of opening in East Dallas this summer, our Executive Sous Chef, Rhonda McCullar, and Chef de Cuisine of Loro, Mike Perez, are combining forces for a collaboration dinner here at Uchibā for *two* nights on April 14th and 15th. We were fully booked on April 15th before we could announce the exciting news here, so we added a second night just for you! The two-night soiree will feature a 15-course omakase for two at $150 with dishes like smoked lobster and corn fritters, grilled oyster, smoked beef brisket nigiri, oak-grilled texas quail, and more.

Cocktails, to-go! 🍸 We're cheers-ing to the weekend with our new cocktail kits available for curbside pickup! Shake up a shiso tini with Tito's Vodka, yuzu honey, and barley shochu, a brings good luck with Espolon Tequila, hibiscus, honey and lemon, or mix our hatchi no hiza with Fords Gin, rosemary, and yuzu honey.
