To our neighbors and loyal customers in Oak Cliff:
The recent posts regarding the permanent closure of our retail shop have come to our attention. This rumor even made its way to the media. We are writing today to set the record straight and let you know that this is false.
This rumor may have started because of our plan to close for 2 weeks after the 1st of the year in order to give vacations and to possibly do some re modelling. Such is the nature of social media where narratives can be started that may or may not have truth to them. We are still finalizing our plans for the beginning of the year and we will keep everyone posted on our actual plans right here, through our FB page.
Lone Star has been in business for over 70 years. While starting out in 1950 as a typical donut shop with fresh delivery to local stores, the business developed through the years into a producer of baked products delivered nationwide to many grocery stores. We are in exciting times and we hope to continue our success. We enjoy being part of the Oak Cliff community, and while we cannot know the future, we look forward to being your local donut shop and gathering place for years to come. Stay tuned!

Starting November 1st, we will be closed Sunday-Monday. Open Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3pm.

To get to the doughnut shop on N Beckley Avenue in Dallas, you have a few options for transportation. If you're driving, take the I-30 and exit at Beckley Avenue. The doughnut shop is located on that street just north of the highway. There is parking available on the street.
If you're taking public transport, you can take either the DART bus or train to the Beckley Station, which is about a 5-minute walk away from the doughnut shop. From there, head north on Beckley Avenue until you reach your destination.
