The Hedary family is excited to announce that in January 2026, a new Hedary’s Mediterranean restaurant will open in Las Vegas, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the first Hedary’s in Texas.
The new location will be in The Gramercy (the former Karved space). We could not make this post without thanking the family behind Karved – from one restaurant family to another, we are grateful for this space and we look forward to filling it with love and good food again soon.
