ISO of 5th grade boys/girls that would like to join my daughter's volleyball team for ASA Winter Season. The games will start 1/9 and would last through end of February - 6 regular season games and a tournament at the end.

As the Daddy Coach, I'm looking for players that want to have fun and also would get along with the other kids in the team. If your child is into Pokemon, video games, Olivia Rodrigo/Laufey/Taylor Swift, and other things that 5th graders are into today, than they'd be a good addition to our team!

META AI looked dug into my phone and gave me this to ponder on.

I will do an increase today, but will still consider that my pricing is also looking out for my people to know that they're getting good value with the bbq from me. I never intended for this to make me MILLION$. I always wanted this to be an outlet for me to connect and serve the community using bbq as the tool to make it happen.

With today's latest economy, I'm gonna have to do an increase to keep the pressure low and slow on my end, so you can also have bbq done right!

Doing this will also allow me to continue supporting the community with gift card and bbq donations.

My lazy ass had a genius idea a few weeks ago. Why not just smoke the entire slab of pork belly, and then slice it or chop it later... it saves me the hassle of slicing the raw pork belly into cubes before smoking.

How's it looking? This batch will cover 3 groups:

How to make moist & bangin' brisket!

Tip #1: Wrapped it with foil and add water (1.5 cups), rest for 4+ hours does the trick for me

Tip #2: Pull out earlier next time

Tip #3: Be like you're back in your 20s... get back on that pull out method so you don't dry up your meat! Hahaha

I was born in Philippines and I feel lucky and proud to being an American citizen to have a voice in who runs the country. I was a young pup when I left Philippines, but I experienced the government shift away from martial law to democracy in the 80s.
