Hi Guyz…Mom passed at 1am the night I arrived…I got to say good bye and that it was ok to go. They say even though she couldn’t open her eyes that she could hear me…I hope so…broke my heart that I couldn’t talk to her!! My kids came down from Vermont for the weekend so that is awesome!!
Nonetheless…I’ll be flying home soon and hoping to be back Wednesday!! I’ll follow up on Tuesday. See yah soon!!

Okay I’m at Allison’s Auto Care waiting on my oil hose replacement…with that said no today unfortunately. If they can fix it I’ll be back Thursday…I’m at the Wild Flower Festival Friday, Saturday and Sunday…so Thursday is the last until next week!! Fingers crossed…I hear them struggling to find a hose!! Sounds like this is getting very complicated as in there are no replacement parts!! Big sigh!! 😔

Finally back in Action, but NOT at LOWE’S today!! I’m over at the 14th Frisco StrEATS Music Festival and it’s finally gonna be a Gorgeous Day…mid 70’s!! The Party starts at 11am and goes until 8pm…it’s a Free Event so come walk your !!

So it’s and I’m gonna be Thirsty!! I’m heading to LOWE’S for our 11am until 2:30pm, then I’m driving over to Four Bullets Brewery for an open to the public event…I’ll be up and running from 4pm until 7:30pm!! Live music outside…who needs for dinner??? !!!

Hi Guyz…Happy April Fools Day!! I’m CLOSED today, No not an April Fools joke!! My Dallas County Health Inspection is scheduled down in Dallas for noon so I won’t be slinging dogs today!! BUT that heavy rain that’s coming tonight looks like it might clear out in time for a !!

Well I ended up in the ER yesterday…1st I’ll say I’m okay!! I had an unfortunate fall off my ladder yesterday as the feet slid out while I was about 10 ft up…pretty sure I landed on the wrought iron wood rack bar which luckily my hard head saved my eyeball…that’s a positive way off looking at it, but added more scars to this already beat up body!! Unfortunately I couldn’t see out of my eye this morning so I can’t make it in to serve up your BEEFS on such a gorgeous day too. With tomorrow being DaddyDaughter Tuesday I won’t see you guys until Wednesday, which unfortunately is looking wet currently and Thursday I’m on the road to go feed the juniors at Burnett Junior HighSchool!! But Friday, Saturday look awesome so there’s light at the end of the tunnel!! Sorry Guyz…See you soon!!

Okay…it’s been long enough!! I drove the route to Lowe’s today and although wet with a little snow I’m thinking this hot rod of a food truck will make it for our Thursday 11am until 2:30pm!! We just hit freezing at midnight and it’s not going below 30 degrees and it will be 33 degrees and rising by 8am with a high of 47!! Truck started, generator started and I ran the gauntlet picking up the tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc!! So get ready!! Come get your . … !!

Okay!! MAJOR WINTER/ICE STORM COMING IN ABOUT 2 days!! Tomorrow Thursday will be my last Day and you might not see me until Next Thursday depending on the meltdown!!
Mostly ALL SNOW in Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle. Friday during the day is mostly fine in DFW. Starts getting to freezing in Northern counties Friday afternoon. By nightfall more of the metroplex drops to freezing with falling temps. Roads begin to get slick.
By midnight Friday night it’s 28 degrees and the rain freezes on everything it touches. This is when you really want to stay home and off the roads at all possible.
Saturday morning it’s near 20 degrees and sleet begins to start piling up. It gets ugly on Saturday. This is trending to a major ice storm and even the weather channel has backed off with there crazy snow amounts and pushed them into Oklahoma. Unfortunately, for DFW this is mostly freezing rain and sleet.
Another wave and could be the strongest wave Saturday night. Can’t rule out Thunder Sleet happening. It’s a rare setup for North Texas. This icy sleet mix moves into Sunday morning we finally cool all layers of the atmosphere in DFW and we get snow on the backside. Then dangerous cold as we drop into the single digits in spots Sunday and Monday morning. Wind chills below zero. Tuesday morning they’re saying minus 7 degrees!!
Then the melting process begins on Monday afternoon as we stay near or below freezing with some melting. Melting with a little sun and back into the teens Monday night. You get cobblestone ice. It might take until Wednesday afternoon before we melt most all of this off the roads…Tomorrow Thursday will be my last Day and you might not see me until Next Thursday depending on the meltdown!!
