Before y'all even start...YES, I know the "before" was nice...however it wasn't what I wanted for myself.

I used to want the 🍑 Thick/Juicy/BBL look, but as I get older, those just aren't my goals anymore.

I quickly learned that I prefer a Leaner 💪🏽 more Fit build and as a very short person, I'm far more comfortable in a lighter body.

My goal is muscle and energy!
‼️✂️How I cut weight✂️‼️
•🌱 I focused on WHOLE Foods and plant protein sources.
•💪🏽 I didn't eat less, but I did eliminate FILLER Foods (heavily processed options, pointless carbs and non beneficial "foods")...Meaning, if I consumed it, there was a reason)
• I Focused on Fiber just as much as Protein because BOTH are equally as important!
•💪🏽 I moved my body EVERYDAY!

*🚶🏾♀️Walk x 7days
*🏃🏽♀️Run x 2days
• 😴 You HAVE to get enough SLEEP(especially if you're over 35)
•💦 Proper hydration is key 🔑!!!

🍎 1 C Applesauce
🥥 1 T Plant Yogurt
🍰 1 T Cheesecake Pudding Mix
- Combine all ingredients and mix/beat well.
- Distribute evenly into a Cupcake or Cake Pan.
- Bake on 350°F for 25mins
- Let cool for 10mins
- Remove and Frost
