A new chapter at Zātar.
We’re now under new management and currently refreshing our indoor space to bring you an elevated Zātar experience.
But we’re still here — and still open.
Join us on our patio for Lebanese cuisine 🍴 , signature cocktails 🍹 & ho**ah in the heart of Deep Ellum.

For the past several years, Zatar has been so much more than a restaurant—it has been a place where friendships were made, birthdays were celebrated, and memories were created over great food, drinks, and ho**ah.
It is with a very heavy heart that we announce that Zatar will be closing by the end of this month.
This wasn’t an easy decision. Over the last two years, we’ve fought through one challenge after another. We poured everything we had into keeping our doors open because we truly believed things would turn around. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the ongoing construction and other challenges have made it impossible for us to continue.
To everyone who walked through our doors, shared a meal with family and friends, celebrated special occasions, or simply made Zatar part of your life—thank you. Your support, loyalty, and kindness have meant more to us than words can express.
To our incredible staff, thank you for your hard work and dedication. You helped make Zatar feel like home for so many people.
We still have a few weeks left, and we’d love the opportunity to see you one last time. Come enjoy your favorite dishes, have one more drink, smoke one more ho**ah, and help us celebrate the memories we’ve created together.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be part of this amazing community. We will never forget the friendships we’ve made or the love you’ve shown us.

Today marks 9 years since we officially opened our doors at Zātar Lebanese Tapas & Bar 🎉
From day one to today, we are incredibly grateful for our amazing guests, friends, and community who have supported us, dined with us, celebrated with us, and made Zātar what it is today. Your love and loyalty mean everything to us.
