Established in 1991, they offer a wide range of cuisine and specialize in catering private parties, weddings, and corporate events. Their recognizable gourmet food can also be found in their to-go stores located in Richardson and Dallas' Snider Plaza. Executive Chef Raymond Tipps brings his expertise to assist in large events, having previously been a visiting chef for President H.W. Bush in Washington as well as on Air Force One.

To get to Rosedale Avenue in Dallas, you can take the DART train or bus and get off at the Cityplace/Uptown station. From there, you can walk east on Blackburn Street for about 10 minutes until you reach Rosedale Avenue.

If you are driving, you can take the North Central Expressway/US-75 and exit at Blackburn Street, then turn left onto Blackburn and continue for about half a mile until you reach Rosedale Avenue. Parking options may vary depending on availability and time of day.
