Swamp Stew & Honey butter jalapeño cornbread!

3 bunches of collard greens
Half of red onion (chopped)
Half of white onion (chopped)
1 package of andouille sausage sliced
1 1/2 pounds of ham cubed
2 pound of smoked turkey
A whole bulb of garlic (chopped)
4 cups chicken stock to start
Cajuin seasoning to taste
S&P
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
2 jumbo jalapeños sliced
Couple splashes of Louisiana hot sauce
2 bay leaves
3 cans of black eyed peas

Boil your smoked turkey till tender enough to shred in your chicken stock ( may have to add some water to the stock due to it cooking down) brown your ham, sausage and onions and set aside . Remove the long vein in your collards so it does not come out bitter. Wash very thoroughly to remove the Earth . Roll up collards and then slice into ribbons. Combine All ingredients into the pot with the stock and cook till greens get to Your desired consistency and then serve in a bowl with a side of you desired cornbread and enjoy!
