Now under construction in Jacksonville, FL, the 250,000-square-foot open-air center will bring together 24 confirmed tenants, with first openings anticipated in 2027. 1. **DART Light Rail:** Take the DART Light Rail Green Line or Blue Line to the nearest station, which is the "LBJ/Central" station.

3. Ride until you reach your desired stop on Hillcrest Avenue.

1. If you're coming from downtown Dallas, take I-35E N.
2. Merge onto US-75 N (Central Expressway) and continue for several miles.
