Our spring and summer sake selection for this year has arrived.
Sake’s gentle sweetness and umami make it a natural match for the bright herbs, funk, and chili heat in Lao food.
Lao heat, herb gardens, and fermented funk meet sake’s cool, silky umami. Dry bottles cut through grilled meats and sticky rice; cloudy, lightly sweet styles wrap chili and padaek in a smooth, floral finish. Sake doesn’t fight the spice the way wine can—it softens, refreshes, and lets every bite hit deeper.
