We’re so excited to share something special from one of our own. ❤️

If you’ve been coming to Saltlight Station since we opened in 2018, you probably remember Evelyn serving you behind the counter or at the drive-thru window. For five incredible years, she brought so much warmth, kindness, and positivity to our community. Whether she was remembering your coffee order, sharing a quick catch-up, or creating a meaningful connection, Evelyn poured her heart into this space. She greeted both customers and fellow staff with genuine kindness and a bright smile every single day.

Now, she’s pursuing a longtime dream, and we couldn’t be more excited to cheer her on.

Evelyn has launched a Kickstarter to fund her debut 7-song EP, When It Rains. Inspired by her upbringing on Boston’s North Shore, the project is a collection of deeply personal songs that tell the stories of the experiences that have shaped her, all rooted in hope, resilience, and encouragement.

Her goal is to raise $15,000 to cover recording, production, and everything needed to bring this music to life. Because Kickstarter is an all-or-nothing platform, the campaign must reach its goal by July 28 or no funds are received. Every contribution, every share, and every show of support truly makes a difference.

If driving, head north or south on I-75 to exit 33 towards Bethany Drive. Turn east onto E Bethany Drive and continue until you reach S Greenville Avenue. Turn right onto S Greenville Avenue, and the restaurant and coffee shop will be on your left-hand side.

There is parking available in the lot next to the restaurant as well as street parking options nearby.
