Coco Shrimp started with a simple idea to bring the amazing flavors of the shrimp trucks in Hawaii to Texas. After months of prep and many failures, the first food truck was born. Not long after the first brick and mortar restaurant opened its doors. Fast forward a few more years and now we are deep into the construction on number 11 in Dallas! Itโ€™s been a great journey so far but we are just getting started!

When did you discover Coco Shrimp?

We are pleased to formally announce our new Co-Owner of Coco Shrimp, Daniele Perez! She has been with us since nearly the very beginning and has played a huge roll in our success as we grew from a tiny food truck with a line around the block to a budding restaurant in downtown Fort Worth, and now expanding around DFW with multiple store openings each year! We couldnโ€™t do any of this without her and are so stoked to share this news with the world!
