To get to Gross Road in Mesquite, you can take the DART bus route 401 and get off at the Gross Road @ Motley Drive stop. From there, it's a short walk to the restaurants.
If you are driving, take exit 5 from I-635 E and turn onto Gross Road. The restaurants will be on your right. There is a parking lot available for customers.
