Aquí se cocina con el corazón 🩷
Today we’re highlighting another one of our favorites: Mama’s Gorditas
Handmade corn gordita shells, filled with savory fajita, freshly chopped veggies, and queso fresco, a bite that carries a whole lot of love.
Gorditas were a staple around our family’s table growing up, and now we’re giving them a little RMC spin to bring that same feeling to yours!
Another recipe where Ama & Lalo come together in the kitchen, combining what they know, what they love, and the flavors we grew up with.
Some recipes are more than just food. They’re memories, passed down and made fresh for the next table.

**By Public Transport:**
1. **DART Light Rail:** Take the DART Light Rail to the nearest station, which is the "Inwood/Love Field Station" on the Green Line.
2. **Bus Transfer:** From there, transfer to Bus Route 36 (Inwood Road) and ride until you reach your stop closest to the destination.
3. **Walking:** After disembarking from the bus, it’s a short walk to your final destination.
**By Car:**
1. **Starting Point:** Begin on I-35E N.
2. **Exit:** Take exit 429A toward Inwood Rd.
3. **Turn:** Merge onto Inwood Rd and continue straight for about 1 mile.
4. **Arrive:** Turn left onto W Northwest Hwy; your destination will be on your right.
