Today was a beautiful, bittersweet, amazing day full of memories and so many Bisous lovers, y’all really showed up! We’ll be baking our hearts out tomorrow too, open 9-4. We recommend getting in early, y’all sold us out today! Thanks for everyone’s patience. Huge thanks to this team who worked their tails off. See y’all in the morning!

The case is going to be crazy fill these last 4 days. Please come and treat yourself to the last of our pastries! We’re stocked on freezer to oven pastries too, but we expect they’ll go quickly.

We may be slow to answer the phone and we’re not taking any pre-orders ~ from here on out it’s first come, first served.

A message from Andrea & Matt Meyer ~

When we first dreamed up what was to become Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie 15 years ago, we could only dream it would become the magical place that it is today. We started it with a passion for French pastry and wanted to make it a reality for Dallas. We hustled and worked our tails off for years to bring her to life. We designed much of the shop ourselves and learned as much as we could through each struggle. All that passion and hard work couldn’t overcome my serious bone cancer diagnosis in 2018, however. My struggle to get healthy went through the pandemic and continues today, and that’s the true reason we have decided to close Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie.

We’re very sad to say that Bisous Bisous Pâtisserie will close on Monday, October 21st at 1pm. Please come and help us celebrate the decade we had here as we say goodbye this weekend.

And while we look towards whatever is next for us, this space that you love for morning coffee and pastries will soon be another business you’ll know and love in Dallas. I’ve known Meaders Ozarow at Empire Baking Company for nearly a decade and we’ve worked together to transition this space to another bakery that you will love as well. Please welcome them to the neighborhood as they reopen on Friday, October 25th with all of Bisous’ staff. They have our sincerest and utmost support and this change, while unexpected, will allow both of us to move forward in a positive way. Please stay tuned to their social media for details to come.

Congratulations to October’s Bisous Bee Lorelai!

Lorelai stepped up from a back of the house support role to our front of house retail team when we needed her, and she’s doing an amazing job! She’s been eager to learn new things, has definitely stretched into new skills and helps out her teammates every step of the way. She even gives tips and tricks to our newer employees to help them learn as well!

Stepping out of our comfort zones can be so scary, but Lorelai has handled it with grace and bravery. Congratulations Lorelai! We’re all so proud of you!
