Stiffler Concessions LLC Stiffler Concessions LLC, also known as the home of The Sweet Queen, is a food truck that offers a variety of snacks and desserts. They have two booths at the Texas State Fair where customers can enjoy the latest in fried foods along with fresh baked cookies from Stiffler's Mom's Cookie Factory and homemade ice cream from Stiffler's Poppin Johnny. Additionally, they have a mobile team that caters to festivals and special events. For employment inquiries, interested applicants can email their information to [email protected] during peak season which runs from September through October.
