I am aware that numerous families were unable to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving meal this year due to financial difficulties. Therefore, I am now accepting pledges to support those in need. If you know of a family and would like to sponsor a complete Christmas dinner, including turkey, ham, macaroni and cheese, and black-eyed peas, as well as tea, please make a pledge today. We are committing to sponsor two families and encourage others to match our pledge. The pledges will cover the cost of food only, making this a humanitarian effort rather than a business decision. Pledges begin at $150, and we will arrange for delivery if necessary, or you may pick up and deliver to your sponsored family. Our December schedule is rapidly filling up, but I am committed to making this initiative a success. Chris Greene

Today was a great day. We went out and set up at the Bowie trade days for the weekend. We took Food to sell for the day and I made the decision to take tomorrow’s meat and put it in the warmer overnight so it would be ready in the morning, but we sold today’s food and all of tomorrow’s meat today so guess what I’ll be doing all night. See y’all tomorrow at the Bowie trade days 🤷🏾
