We had such an extra special gathering at Anthony’s! It’s not every day Chef Robert gets to sit on the other side of the table, but this was a huge exception. Chef Robert’s sisters came to visit—including one he hasn’t seen in 9 years, right around the time he and Roman first bought Anthony’s! Gathering the family around with co-owner Roman for a proper Italian breakfast was a memory they’ll hold onto for a long time. Truly a special day surrounding the table with family.
A massive thank you to their incredible Chef, Arely, who spent two weeks perfecting this absolute feast of a spread just for them. Everything was beyond perfection, and they were truly treated like royalty in their own house.
Nothing brings people together like family and good food. Count your blessings, eat great food, and make time for the people who matter most! Buon appetito! 💕

Funny how things work out! 😂 This throwback of Roman is from nearly 9 years ago—taken the week we moved into Glen Meadow Estates to prepare for buying Anthony's!
🏡📦Taking a break from unpacking and arranging furniture, we went down the street for a takeout order. Roman looked like he just won the lottery when he opened the box to this giant 20” pizza, and two weeks later, we owned the very same pizza oven that this beauty came out of!
And here we are today, grateful for an amazing 9 years of serving you. While Chef Robert completely revamped the pizza with his popular dough and sauce recipes that you have loved over the years, we did retire this mammoth 20" size a few years back. But we have to ask... does anyone miss this absolute beast of a pie? Should we bring back the 20-inch legend? 👇🍕

Welcome Chef Enrique to the Anthony’s Eatalian family—and soon-to-open El Chile Macho Taqueria!
We are proud to announce that Chef Enrique has joined our management team. He’ll be working side-by-side with Chef Robert and Roman to master Anthony’s daily operations while spearheading the menu development for our new concept. (Safe to say our Anthony’s staff aren't complaining—they’ve officially volunteered as full-time taste testers for all the incredible sampling, and they've never been happier!)
From starting his culinary career in Plano, TX to running three successful Mexican restaurants in Chef Robert’s native New England, Chef Enrique brings years of passion, skill, and rich flavor to our team—and wait until you taste his carnitas! Fun fact: He originates from the same Pacific coast region of Mexico as Anthony’s very own Roman!
Chef Enrique is collaborating closely with Roman and our talented Sous Chef, Felipe (who also shares those same Pacific coast roots!), to finalize the lineup of authentic regional dishes for El Chile Macho Taqueria. As he steps up to lead kitchen operations there, he shares that same deep, personal mastery of regional flavors with Roman—traits that are critical to everything we have planned for El Chile.

To reach the location at Forest Lane in Dallas, you can take the DART rail to Forest Lane Station and then walk for about 10 minutes towards the east. Alternatively, you can take a bus that stops at Forest Lane @ Audelia - W - NS and then walk for about 5 minutes towards the west.
If you are driving, take the I-635 E and exit onto Forest Ln. Turn right onto Forest Ln and continue for about half a mile until you reach your destination. There is ample parking available on-site.
