We are calling on all fans of RICHARDSON RESTAURANT PARK , DOG HAUS BIERGARTEN, DAVES HOT CHICKEN and EILAND COFFEE ROASTERS for support to a zoning case that is coming up in front of the Richardson City Council on October 11. Because Richardson Restaurant Park is located in a special zoning designation PD they are required to obtain City Council approval for any modification to the current Richardson Restaurant Park site plan.

Accordingly we are seeking to modify our site plan to include a Dave’s Hot Chicken , local favorite Eiland Coffee Roasters and an exciting , uniquely Richardson, expanded plaza and large outdoor venue for Dog Haus’s new communal Biergarten; aptly named “Biergarten Richardson”. In the traditional spirit of Biergarten’s, the outdoor gathering area will include 30 additional trees for canopy , live entertainment area (for music , sports viewing , and special events) , Tap Bar (40+ taps) , Drink/Food Bar , food TRÜCK stall , private cabanas , fire pit , corn hole /bocce court , grass / open area and other outdoor amenities in what we are sure will become Richardson’s favorite outdoor patio. German Inspired. Texas Rooted.

Just like all other tenants in Richardson Restaurant Park, Biergarten Richardson, Daves Hot Chicken and Eiland Coffee Roasters are all local small businesses that are actively involved in the Richardson community. We’d love to have your local support along with any of your friends and family, so they can complete this final phase once and for ALL !

The restaurant, coffee shop, and beer garden are located on S Central Expressway in Richardson. If you plan to drive, take the exit for S Central Expressway from either US-75 or President George Bush Turnpike. There is ample parking available at the site.

If you prefer public transportation, there are several bus stops located near the restaurant park. The nearest stop is on Greenville Avenue at Buckingham Road, which is served by Route 502. From there, it is just a short walk to the restaurant park.

Another option is to take the DART rail to the Spring Valley station on the Red Line. From there, transfer to Bus Route 346 and get off at Greenville Avenue at Buckingham Road. Alternatively, you can take Bus Route 582 directly from Spring Valley station to S Central Expressway near Richardson Restaurant Park.

No matter how you travel, be sure to check schedules and plan ahead for a smooth journey to this dining destination.
