As many of you that have been doing business with me for a while know, I have been struggling with lower back, hip, and knee problems for quite some time.
Last week, 10/17, at the Wylie Farmers Market my left hip finally threw in the towel and said it was finished.
I will be having replacement surgery on 11/5.
What does this mean for OMG? It means I am finished for the year. No more markets, no Christmas ice cream, no Christmas candies, fried pies, or home made soups till 2027.
That being said, I do still have in the freezer these following flavors in pre packaged quarts.
1 quart cinnamon
3 quarts pecan pie
8 quarts Dubai chocolate
7 quarts vanilla
4 quarts caramel apple
16 quarts blue moon

I will be available till 5:30 today for pick up.

Who remembers our caramel apple ice cream sundae for Halloween.
Come join us this Saturday Oct 17 at the Wylie Farmers Market located in the B&B movie theater parking lot between the hours of 9:00 and 1:00.
I won’t be making sundaes but I will have our famous green apple ice cream with our in house made salted caramel swirled in ready to go in pre packaged quarts. Tastes just like a caramel dipped apple.
I will also have one of our most requested flavors, Bavarian Cream for Oktoberfest.
Pecan fried pies will be back along with caramel apple fried pies.
For those that remember our soups I will have our Tomato basil soup in frozen quarts ready to go and if time permits our chicken pot pie soup.

It’s Pumpkin cheesecake ice cream season again.
Come join us this Saturday 9/19 between the hours of 9:00 and 1:00 at the Wylie Farmers Market located in the B & B Movie theater parking lot here in Wylie.
At this market we will have the seasons first batch of pumpkin cheesecake ice cream. If you haven’t had our pumpkin cheesecake before, I can assure you that you won’t find a better one. I use real pumpkin and my granny’s secret pumpkin spice recipe in the cream. Every bite tastes like fall and Thanksgiving.

It’s that time of the year again.
Come see us this Saturday 9/19 at the Wylie Farmers Market located in the B&B movie theater parking lot between the hours of 9:00 and 1:00 for ice cream and fried pies.
We will be introducing our first fall flavor of the season, Pumpkin Cheesecake. If you’ve not had our pumpkin ice cream before you’re in for a real treat. It’s made with real pumpkin and granny’s secret spice recipe.
Other ice cream flavors for Saturday are,
Pecan pie, Oreo, Peanut butter chocolate, chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry, Banana pudding, Cinnamon.

Haven’t made this flavor since closing the shop a couple of years ago.

Just a reminder that there will be 2 Wylie Farmers Markets during the months of September and October starting this Saturday September 5 located at the B&B movie theater parking lot from 9:00 - 1:00
Check out my new dough puck machine that I had built to speed up the production of dough pucks for my fried pies.
I typically make enough pie dough to run 150 pies per batch. This machine does in minutes what was taking about an hour and a half the old way.
Pie flavors for this weekend include, Cherry, Apple, Lemon, Chocolate, Apricot, and I will be introducing a limited quantity of Pork Chili Verde pies with a special pie dough that incorporates a fine ground corn meal and pairs perfectly with the chili verde filling. These things are off the chart good.
