I thank God for allowing my dream of opening Alondra's Cuisine to come true.
I am grateful for the invaluable support of my family and each one of my friends also for believing in me.
Today marks 6 years of operation. Unfortunately, today we decided to no longer continue with Alondra's Cuisine.
Life can be compared to boarding a train: some get off early, others later. Today it was my turn to get off at this station.
I want to share with you that it has been the best trip of my life because I learned that one can know many things, but no one knows it all.
