Sketches of Spain is closing this chapter.

For more than six years, we’ve been lucky to bring a little bit of Spain to Dallas through food, wine, and good times. We’ve enjoyed every minute of it, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has been part of the journey.

Now it’s time for change. The team remains, the space remains, and very soon we’ll announce a new chapter we’re incredibly excited about.

Before that, we’d love to celebrate with all of you one last time. On Sunday, July 12, we’ll be hosting a special Pintxos day from 12 pm to 4pm, featuring unlimited pinchos and a glass of sangria for $20. Come by, raise a glass with us, and help us celebrate everything Sketches has been.

Our official last day of service will be July 19, so there are still a few days left to enjoy Chef Iñaki’s wonderful food before we begin this next adventure.

Thank you for these beautiful years. We’re not going away, we’re just changing shape.
