Gloria's Latin Cuisine Gloria's Latin Cuisine is a beloved Salvadoran restaurant that offers an artful blend of native cuisine with Mexican and Tex-Mex favorites. Founded by young Salvadorians, Gloria and Jose Fuentes in Dallas, Texas in 1986, it has expanded to 20 restaurants across Texas including Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Gloria's is well-known for its award-winning margaritas, happy hour deals and feature of salsa dancing on weekend nights at five different locations. With handcrafted food full of flavor, Gloria’s promises to provide a complete Latin experience. Attire is casual and the food styles offered are Latin American, Mexican, Seafood, Spanish/Basque and Tex-Mex.
