For public transport, take the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) and get off at Lemmon Avenue Station. Walk east on Lemmon Avenue for about half a mile and you will find the restaurant on your right.
For driving, take I-35E and exit at Oak Lawn Avenue. Drive east on Oak Lawn Avenue for about 2 miles and turn left onto Lemmon Avenue. The restaurant will be on your left. There is also street parking available around the area.
