What people say
Asian fusion restaurants are known for their unique blend of flavors and techniques, creating a culinary experience like no other. Một Hai Ba, located on Lewis Street in Dallas, is a prime example of this. Their modern chef-driven cuisine is inspired by Vietnamese and French techniques, resulting in a menu that pushes the boundaries of culinary creativity.
One standout dish at Một Hai Ba is the Day Boat Scallops. These New Bedford scallops are seared to perfection with a golden crust and served with Texas corn chowder, la ratte potatoes, celery, zucchini, red peppers, dill, and lemon zest. The combination of flavors is simply divine.
Another must-try dish at Một Hai Ba is their legendary Bao Buns. These steamed buns are filled with braised brisket and topped with shallot marmalade and crispy shallots. It's no wonder they're a fan favorite!
And let's not forget about dessert. Một Hai Ba's Decadent Chocolate Cake is a classic for good reason. This chocolate-beet cake with chocolate-cassia-mascarpone filling is clothed in a heavenly chocolate mirror glaze finished with toasted hazelnuts.
To top it off, Một Hai Ba offers 20% off bottled wines every Wednesday and has a handpicked selection of limited wines available for guests to enjoy.
Overall, Một Hai Ba offers an unforgettable dining experience that combines traditional Vietnamese flavors with modern techniques to create something truly unique. Book your table now or walk-in early to experience it for yourself!
