To get to S Greenville Avenue in Allen, you can take the DART Rail Red Line and get off at the Downtown Plano Station. From there, you can take Bus Route 883 towards Parker Road Station and get off at the intersection of S Greenville Avenue and W Exchange Parkway.
If you are driving, take US-75 N towards Allen and exit onto Exchange Parkway. Turn left onto S Greenville Avenue and look for parking options along the street or in nearby parking lots.
