🍋🟩 The Strait Paloma - George Strait’s favorite cocktail, made with his own tequila, Código 1530 Blanco, fresh-pressed lime and grapefruit juices, blood orange purée and agave nectar.
🥃 NEW! The Wh***ey Noir Sour - Four Roses Bourbon, house-made Perry’s Reserve Pinot Noir syrup, fresh-pressed lemon juice and orange bitters.

A huge thank you to everyone who lined up early to turn back the clock to 1979 with us. Our one-day-only, 79-cent celebration was a sizzling success across Perry’s Steakhouse locations!
We welcomed approximately 4,400 guests for their choice of Perry’s Famous Pork Chop Friday Lunch or our new Caramelized Prime Rib Steak Sandwich. We loved seeing so many of you celebrate this tradition with us!
