🌶️ Hey y’all — it’s been a while! 🌶️
It’s hard to believe it’s been since 2020 when I closed the doors to my last Cajun restaurant. That chapter was full of long days, amazing food, and even more amazing people — and I’ll always be proud of what we built together.
After years of cooking, creating, and winning a few awards along the way, I needed a break to breathe, recharge, and focus on family and new adventures. But lately… I’ve been feeling that spark again. The one that comes from sharing food, stories, and a little Southern soul.
I don’t know exactly what’s next yet — maybe some recipes, behind-the-scenes stories, or something brand new — but I do know I’ve missed y’all. ❤️
So tell me — what would you love to see here? Recipes? Tips? Throwbacks from the restaurant days? Let’s reconnect.

We are saddened to say that our last day to be open for our cafe in the Dallas Farmers Market location will be December 20th. Come enjoy the cajun food before its gone. Thank you everyone for your support!!!

To reach the location on S. Harwood in Dallas, you have a couple of options for public transport and driving/parking:
Public Transport:
1. From downtown Dallas, you can take the DART Rail Red or Blue Line to the St. Paul Station.
2. Once you exit the station, head south on St. Paul Street until you reach S. Harwood Street.
3. Turn left onto S. Harwood Street and continue walking until you find your destination.
Driving/Parking:
1. If you're driving from downtown Dallas, take I-30 E towards US-75 S.
2. Merge onto US-75 S and continue for about 1 mile.
3. Take exit 284A toward Elm Street/Commerce Street/Lamar Street.
4. Merge onto N Central Expy and continue straight.
5. Turn right onto Elm Street and then take a left onto S Harwood Street.
6. Look for available parking spots along S Harwood Street or nearby parking lots/garages.
