Something special is simmering. 🍜

Introducing Chef Nikky’s Siam Boat Noodles, a Thai street food icon with a deep, glossy, spice kissed broth. If you have never had boat noodles before, here’s the magic: they originated along Bangkok’s canals, where vendors served small bowls of intensely flavored noodles straight from boats, and people went back for bowl after bowl. It’s the ultimate Thai comfort bowl. 🙏

Chef Nikky’s version is inspired by a cult favorite bowl from the Peninsula Plaza Hotel in Bangkok , slowly simmered for rich body and layered flavor. Rice noodles, beef shank, pork ribs, and crispy pork rind, finished with traditional herbs and garnishes.👌

To get to the location on Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas, you can take the DART bus route 39 or 49 and get off at the Oak Lawn Avenue at Lemmon Avenue stop. Alternatively, you can take the DART rail and get off at the Cityplace/Uptown Station, then transfer to bus route 409 and get off at the Oak Lawn Avenue at Lemmon Avenue stop.

If you are driving, take Oak Lawn Avenue southbound from downtown Dallas. The restaurant is located on Oak Lawn Avenue between Cedar Springs Road and Lemmon Avenue.
