For public transport, take the DART rail to Flower Mound and transfer to bus Route 21 towards Lakeside Pkwy. Get off at the Lakeside Pkwy and International Parkway stop and walk east for about 5 minutes.
For driving/parking, take the Sam Rayburn Tollway and exit at Lakeside Pkwy. Head west on Lakeside Pkwy for about 1 mile, then turn left onto Edgemere Dr. Take another left onto Long Prairie Rd, then turn right onto Silveron Blvd. The coffee shop should be on your right-hand side with a parking lot available for customers.
