Fully vegan, three tier cake in three different flavors for my 25th birthday! 🎂 Top tier is a Persian love cake made with an entire boiled orange, saffron, cardamom, pistachio and rose water! Second tier is a margarita poppyseed cake with lemon curd and the bottom tier is my classic maple carrot cake with salted caramel frosting! Finished with real orchids, rice paper sales and more! So excited to announce that l've been invited to be a featured speaker/presenter for this year's foundation summit! The Reducitarian Foundation aims to reduce the consumption of animals and animal products by showcasing chefs and speakers to present animal free alternatives to classic dishes!
