Creamy cheddar Pasta with baked Chicken thighs
Sautéed vegetables starting with onion and garlic in butter. Added diced orange bell pepper, spinach and tomatoes. Salt/Pepper
For the pasta sauce-used a quarter cup of cream cheese and whole milk- added directly to the veggies. Brought to a simmer to thicken. Added 16oz bag of mild cheddar cheese and Lawry’s seasoning salt
Mixed in elbow macaroni. Enjoy!

Mango Salsa Shrimp Tacos! First time trying this meal out and it was delish! 😋

Salsa includes diced mango, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño with lots of lime juice, salt and garlic powder.

Made a sour cream dressing with diced cilantro, jalapeños, salt and lime juice.

Sauce made with 4 poblanos, 1 package of cream cheese, half and half, little water-blend in blender. Transfer to pot and simmer. Add container of Parmesan. Add chicken.

Toss pasta and sauce together.

Made with raisins, Canadian Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, and green onion

Take a fresh head of broccoli and 24oz bag of fresh green beans.

To make the dressing I used 3/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and pepper.

Made quiche the other day. The custard base consisted of 7 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream. I added colby jack cheese to the base. The filling was made with broccoli, sautéed bell pepper & onion, and cut up pieces of steak ham. Made two quiches.
