Some of you may know that the sandwich shop or restaurant business is challenging. Most restaurants operate seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As a mom and pop shop located in an industrial area with a mostly lunch hour crowd, our profit margins are below the average.
Yet three years ago, we made the decision to start baking our own bread in-house. We understood the cost increase associated like the need for additional space, equipment, and staff. However, we believed that the only way to provide our customers with a superior whole grain bread without any preservatives was to bake it ourselves.
We want to express our gratitude for your unwavering support in dining with us. The bread that you love in our sandwiches is also available for purchase so you can get creative and make your own sandwiches at home. That will also help us to continue and maintain our bakery and offer you an organic food experience, from bread to spreads.

If you plan to use public transportation, you can take the Blue Line train and get off at Downtown Garland Station. From there, you can take Bus 463 or Bus 544 and get off at the intersection of W Kingsley Road and Lavon Drive. The restaurant and sandwich shop is located on W Kingsley Road from there.
For those who prefer driving, you can take the President George Bush Turnpike and exit on Jupiter Road. From Jupiter Road, turn left onto W Kingsley Road, and continue until you reach a point where you see a sign for Lavon Drive. You are close to your destination at this point.
There is ample parking on the streets nearby if you're driving, so it shouldn't be hard to find a spot after you arrive.
