What a day at the Central Market Vendor Showcase!
Got to shake hands with a true legend of Texas BBQ, Miss Tootsie of Snow's BBQ. She’s been tending pits for decades and still runs circles around all of us. Pure inspiration for any pitmaster.
Huge thanks to the Central Market team for having us, and to our crew and Kalenna for holding down the booth all day. Brisket, chicken, tallow and sauces, all smoked low and slow over pecan and oak right here in East Dallas.
