Eleven 17 is a comfort food restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality, scratch-made American cuisine and spirits. Founded by Texas natives Justin and Channa, the establishment reflects their personal journey and commitment to the community. After discovering his passion for the restaurant industry while studying at Texas Tech University, Justin opened his first restaurant at just 22 years old and ran it successfully for 15 years. The couple, who married in 2008 and became parents to two children, Emerson and Truett, established Eleven 17 in McKinney in 2018 as a tribute to their family. The name "11|17" not only symbolizes their children's birth dates but also represents an auspicious number associated with positivity and gratitude.
