For those taking public transportation, take the DART train to Legacy West Station. From there, take the BOLD electric shuttle to Windrose Avenue.
If driving, take the Sam Rayburn Tollway and exit at Dallas North Tollway. Head north on Dallas North Tollway and turn right onto Headquarters Drive. Turn left onto Windrose Avenue.
