Torchy's Tacos is a Mexican fast food restaurant that is also vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Founded in 2006 by chef Mike Rypka, Torchy's Tacos started as a mobile trailer with an experimental menu, and has now expanded to over 70 locations. Visitors can enjoy a variety of mouth-watering tacos, chips y dips and firewater menu, along with excellent customer service.
