24 years of serving our communities. ❤️
In this month’s Positive Start to Your Day, we’re taking a moment to reflect on an incredible chapter in the Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group story as we say farewell to Salsa Brava.
For 24 years, Randy and Liz have poured their hearts into the restaurant community; from concepts like Salsa Brava, to Slayton’s Barbeque and Creamery, to Sonterra Innovative Southwest Grill, to Piazza Italian Kitchen, and into the next chapter with Urban Egg. Along the way, there have been countless meals shared, occasions celebrated, friendships made, and memories created around the table.
Saying farewell to Salsa Brava is bittersweet. But when we look back at everything this restaurant has meant to our team and to the Colorado Springs community, we feel incredibly grateful.
To every guest who walked through our doors, every team member who helped make Salsa Brava special, and everyone who supported Randy, Liz, and our restaurants throughout the years—thank you. ❤️
We’re proud of where we’ve been, grateful for the memories, and excited for what’s still ahead with Urban Egg.
