✨ New Year’s Osechi ✨
Today marks our final service of the year, and as we do every year, we had the honor of preparing our traditional Osechi.
Thanks to the continued support of our guests, our partners, and our incredible team, we were able to complete another wonderful year of service. We are truly grateful to everyone who has supported us throughout the year.
In the coming year, our entire team will continue striving to create memorable experiences and bring joy to every guest who walks through our doors.

【9.24.25 Sake Pairing Course Dinner】
~Sekiya Shuzo (Brewery) and their Houraisen series ~
Sekiya Shuzo was established in 1864
For 7 generations, to this day, Sekiya Shuzo keeps its tradition of making the sake mostly by hands. From cultivating their own rice, milling, brewing, fermenting, all the way to bottling the final products, the meticulous craftsmanship shines in their elegant and prestige Houraisen Series.
For the first time, the brewery master, Mr. Sekiya will be showcasing this beautiful series of sake here in Dallas, TX.
EBESU’s executive chef Koji Yoshida will be preparing multi-course dinner exclusively for this event for the guests!
