What people say
Del Frisco's Grille is a well-known chain that offers high-quality American cuisine. The Dallas location is particularly popular, with many customers praising the service and food quality. However, as with any restaurant, there are also negative reviews and comments that must be taken into consideration.
One common theme among positive reviews of Del Frisco's Grille Dallas is the exceptional service. Many customers have mentioned how friendly and attentive the staff members are, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Additionally, the food has been widely praised for its taste and presentation. Dishes such as the truffle mac and cheese and the cheesesteak eggrolls have received particular acclaim.
However, not all reviews are positive. Some customers have complained about the wait times, especially during peak hours. While this is to be expected at a busy restaurant, it can still be frustrating for those who are hungry and eager to dine. Some customers have also expressed dissatisfaction with the portion sizes, feeling that they were too small for the price they paid.
Another point of contention among reviewers is the noise level in the restaurant. Some customers have found it difficult to hold conversations due to the loud music and general noise level. This may not be an issue for those looking for a lively atmosphere, but could be off-putting for those seeking a more relaxed dining experience.
Despite these negative reviews, it is clear that Del Frisco's Grille Dallas has built a strong reputation for its excellent service and delicious food. While there may be some areas for improvement, overall customer satisfaction appears to be high.
