Applebee's is a popular chain of casual dining restaurants that has been around for over three decades. With over 1,800 locations worldwide, they are known for their extensive menu of American classics, affordable prices, and lively atmosphere. However, not all customers have had positive experiences at Applebee's.

They appreciate the variety of options on the menu, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Others commend the restaurant's commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols during the pandemic.
On the other hand, negative reviews highlight issues such as slow service, poor quality food, and unclean surroundings. Some customers have reported finding hair or foreign objects in their food, while others complain about rude staff members. A few people also mention that the noise level can be very high, making it difficult to have a conversation.
Despite these complaints, Applebee's has taken steps to address customer feedback. They also encourage customers to leave feedback through their website or social media channels.
