Sometimes you just have to get down on a good old-fashioned pasta salad!
LaBo’s version is heavily marinated with vinegar, oil, and herbs. Briny with olives, capers, and roasted red peppers. Punchy with feta cheese and shaved red onion. And smoothed out by the sweetness of fresh tomatoes. Not ashamed to say I’ve eaten it for three meals this week already!

Niçoise, LaBo style!
Over 20grams of protein in this salad, full of veggies and greens, and perfectly balanced!
Like a jammy organic egg, instead of a grey hard boiled chalky nightmare?
Like tuna packed in olive oil instead of slabs of med rare fish?
Like warm crispy fried potatoes instead of boiled cold ones?
Our Niçoise is for you! Come through!

Spring means Fava beans!
My take on “beans on toast” is of course, light, fresh and cooling. Blanched and puréed Fava beans with spring peas, arugula salad with cranberries and shallots, and creamy burrata with extra-virgin olive oil. She’s flying out the door fast so get it while you can!

We refuse to be done with soup in the middle of February!
My very favorite: Chicken-sweet potato-ginger. Packed with loads of ginger and garlic, cilantro, turmeric and chicken. The soup heals you from the inside out!
Also serving is a little French butter lettuce salad. Butter lettuce is such a decadent rich mouth feel it’s one of my favorite lettuces. Served with our house vinaigrette and shaved carrots, radish, and shallot.

Our organic bone broth is made with about as many organic bones as we can fit in a 10 gallon pot!
You’re not going to find anything like it in a grocery store.
Liquid gold. Great for joint lubrication and collagen production. Great for sipping when not feeling well and helps with decongestion. Delicious and healthy all around!
