We're big fans of our premium cut steaks. However, our latest seasonal menu items like our Salmon Steak with cast-iron roasted salmon with blue crab stuffing topped with a shaved fennel & seabean salad, then accompanied with a caviar butter sauce is DIVINE.
Paired with our Roasted Carrots and Snap Peas and you're in for a treat! It's light, bright and absolutely delicious.

The Beetarita doesn’t play it safe. Racho Mezcal brings the smoke, Nixta Corn Liqueur rounds it out, beet syrup adds that earthy-sweet edge, and a fire tincture keeps things interesting. And then… the rim.Frito salt. Salty, crunchy, completely unexpected, and somehow exactly right.
