Perfect and puckery. Bouncy and bright. A flagrant defier of the laws of physics (it’s both ethereally light and extraordinarily creamy). Exactly like a watermelon sour candy. If it wasn’t summer before, it is now.

One kind of cocoa wasn’t enough for Confetti Brownie Batter. So we used two. Fair Trade brown cocoa combined with black cocoa, for the smooth, fudge-like quality of a dark chocolate brownie. We’d eat it by itself. But the sprinkles make us smile.

To get to Victory Park Lane in Dallas by public transport, you can take either the DART Rail Green Line or the Orange Line and get off at Victory Station. The ice cream shop and ice cream parlor are just a short walk away from the station.

If you're driving, you can take exit 429A from I-35E S/US-77 S and continue on Continental Ave. Turn right onto Victory Park Ln, and then turn left onto Houston St. Parking is available in the nearby parking lots or garages.
