IF YOU DIDN’T KNOW, NOW YOU KNOW 🤭🌮
We took to the streets to settle one very important question: how do you pronounce “Tacolate?” Spoiler alert: it rhymes with chocolate 🍫
It’s an ode to our decade-long obsession with the art of the ice cream taco, dating all the way back to our very first “Chocolate Tacolate” at our downtown Portland soft serve shop in 2016.

INTRODUCING: THE STRAWBERRY PRETZEL CHEESECAKE TACOLATE 🍓🌮
The Tacolate has a new flavor, and this one is bringing strawberry cheesecake energy. 🍓 Strawberry ice cream gets tucked into our crunchy waffle cone taco, dunked in a cream cheese white chocolate shell, and finished with crushed pretzels. Then, on the side: silky vanilla bean cheesecake sauce for dipping, pouring, or whatever feels right. 🤤
