Meet Naturally Neighbors, a small farm holder blend from six producers in Jinotega, Nicaragua. José Luís Gonzalez Altamirano, Mireya del Socorro Flores Gadea, Moises Gonzalez Gutierrez, Maria Eugenia Jiron, Sabino del Carmen Salgado Montenegro and Juan Carlos Salgado Montenegro all contribute to this delicious offering. Naturally Neighbors is a natural process coffee consisting of Catuai, Caturra & Bourbon. This offering is an easy favorite that produces a sweet and complex cup!

Meet the 2026 Spring Menu 🌺

Up first is the Flash Gordon - a combination of tonic water, raspberry, lemon, mint & flash brew.

Next, is the Matcha Mosa - consisting of orange juice, strawberry syrup, club soda & our ceremonial direct trade matcha.

And for the 3rd drink, the Rosebud;!;! - our seasonal latte with a one-off rose syrup & dried rose petal garnish.

We’re also introducing two Spring pastries from . A Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Pop Tart & bringing back a new version of the Orange Poppyseed Scone!

Currently on pour over is a fun offering from Sebastian Ramirez! This is an anaerobic natural process consisting of Caturra & Colombia varieties. Sebastian is a young producer out of Qunido, Colobia pushing boundaries with process methods. We’re stoked for the opportunity to work together and represent his coffee 🍓🍫☕️

Like the rest of small service industry operators, our suppliers are running behind and grocery stores are navigating their own challenges, so please bear with us. This small chunk of January will end up costing us over 15% of our monthly sales. Hoping to get back to normal asap, but the clouds ain’t helping.

This year we took a different approach to our seasonal drink creation. We assigned drink types to each Lemma shop, inspiring the crew to create something unique. Our Carrollton shop was assigned Matcha, Frisco was assigned Espresso, and Plano was assigned Cold Brew!
