🍷 Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent Cline Family Cellars Wine Dinner!
We had a wonderful evening enjoying exceptional wines, thoughtfully paired cuisine, and great conversation. A special thank you to Corey Smith of Cline Family Cellars for guiding us through each wine and sharing the stories behind them.
Thank you as well to Chef Alejandro for sharing his fascinating beet-cured salmon lox preparation method (hint: it involves gin!), and to GM Frank for putting together such a memorable menu and experience.
It was a pleasure spending the evening with all of you over fine wine and food. Stay tuned for our next wine dinner coming in July!
