Torchys Tacos on State Highway is a fast food restaurant that offers some of the best Mexican cuisine in town. Their menu includes vegetarian and vegan options, making it an ideal spot for everyone. The restaurant has recently opened in Gilbert, Arizona and Alliance - Forth Worth, Texas, which shows how popular their food is. One of their signature dishes is the queso, which has been recognized as one of the best in Austin Monthly's Best of ATX competition. They even had a queso birthday cake made by Cade's Cakes!
Their Taco of the Month features New Mexico Red Chile Stewed Chicken with a fried poblano pepper, diced onions, avocado sauce, cilantro and a lime wedge served on a fresh corn tortilla. It's not only delicious but also supports Torchy’s charitable partners such as Make a Wish Foundation, MD Anderson and Phoenix House.
